Deliveries and Shipping
The delivery charges referred to do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than Australia. Our costumer is responsible for all such taxes and duties.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post using standard shipping. Birdgirl & Albatross will process and dispatched your order from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Our warehouse is closed during Australian public holidays.
Please note delivery times are additional to processing times, and vary dependent on location. Delivery may take up to 16 business days for international orders.
Change of Mind?

If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price.
Your return is subject to the following conditions:
The returned items must not be gift cards, stationary, books or carry bags.
You have 21 days from the day of delivery as per post track delivery date to your appointed address.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached). Swimwear must be in unused condition with original hygienic sticker.
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
